​Please note: Emergency rescue cover is compulsory for all riders (including children), so if you're not already a member of AMREF or rescue.co and covered for air ambulance, please arrange cover prior to the event or purchase it here.​​

Also, all non-competitors wishing to enter Borana will be required to pay a $4 (500 KSh) gate fee unless they have booked to camp. So if you're competing or camping, you don't need to pay the gate fee. Both camping and gate fee may be purchased in advance or on arrival.
